An international alligator expert is coming to speak at the Topeka Zoo tonight.

Biologist Ken Alfieri will talk about his near-death experience with an alligator and other experiences tonight at 6:00 p.m. in the Gary K. Clarke Living Classroom. It’s part of the conservation lecture series. The event is free and open to the public. Alfieri’s traveling exhibit “Alligator Frenzy” opens at the Topeka Zoo on May 9th.
