Jackson County Deputies arrested Kyle Lee Tyler 24 of Holton yesterday for burglary, possession of stolen property, felony and misdemeanor counts of theft, unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
The arrest is in connection to the investigation of the burglary and thefts from a Holton storage unit and a number of auto burglaries in Holton.
Tyler was located outside of Holton where he was found in the possession of a large amount of property that had been reported to the Holton Police Department as stolen.
Deputies recovered property that is connected to 5 different Holton Police Department cases.
A search warrant was issued and served by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office at 110 Pennsylvania last week.
The Holton Police Department assisted with the execution of the search warrant and investigation. Tyler is being held on $5,000.00 bond.
