Arrests made in St.Marys burglaries

The Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office has taken two individuals into custody for their alleged involvement in burglaries reported on Diamond Rd, rural St.Marys , and in the city of St.Mary’s.

On June 25, 2013, detectives with the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office and the St.Mary’s Police Department served a search warrant at 1220 Pawnee Drive, St.Marys.

As a result of this warrant stolen property was recovered to include power tools, household goods, guns, electronics, and other misc. items that had been previously reported as stolen from the earlier burglaries.

Detectives working the case learned during this investigation that the suspects were also said  to have been  involved in an aggravated robbery to one of the residence at an earlier date.

Arrested for these incidents were Luke William Linxwiler, 35 year old male of 1220 Pawnee Drive, St.Marys for Aggravated Robbery, Burglary, Theft, Criminal Damage to Property, and Criminal use of a Weapon,  Linxwiler is currently being held at the Pottawatomie County Jail, bond being 100,000.

Also arrested was Stephanie Marie Cole, a 37 year old female from 1220 Pawnee Drive for Aggravated Robbery, Burglary, Theft, Criminal Damage to Property and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  She is also being held at the Pottawatomie Count Jail, bond set at 100,000 dollars.

This investigation is continuing.
