Wabaunsee County manhunt suspects to be charged later this week

The Wabaunsee County Sheriff’s Office says they’ll formally charge two men involved in a man hunt Monday along I-70, near K-99 later this week.

Authorities were looking for two men who they say stole a pick up truck west of Alma.

The first suspect, Shawn Kyle Morris was arrested at 5 p.m. monday.

Sheriff’s Deputies and State Troopers searched for Troy Allen Claspill overnigh.

He was caught at 11:30 yesterday morning on K-99 just north of the interstate at an abandoned gas station.

They’re both at Wabaunsee County jail, held on a $75,000 bond.
