A construction project starting today is closing four blocks in Topeka.
Northwest Rochester Road between NW 46th Street and NW 50th Street closed at 8:30 this morning.
The road is supposed to be open again by Friday August 2, 2013.
A detour will be in place for all traffic.
The project is for the installation of AT&T manhole structures.
