K-State head basketball coach Bruce Weber made an appearance as a guest speaker at the KSHSAA coaching school in Topeka.

“I started as a high school coach, it’s important that people share things,” Weber said. “I’m kind of old school. You play hard, you learn to play together, pass the basketball, guard people, you have a chance to win.”

Weber joined hundreds of  head coaches at Capitol Plaza Hotel on Wednesday. The 81st annual KSHSAA coaching school wraps up on Friday.
