Topeka’s bus service is looking for input from the public on placement of bus shelters in the Capital City.

Wednesday morning, the Topeka Metropolitan Transit Authority held the first of three meetings to gather thoughts from citizens regarding shelters along south California Avenue and White Lakes Mall.

The bus service is taking comments and questions concerning the shelters.

Two more meetings to gather input are set for Tuesday, August 13 at the downtown Quincy Street Station and Monday August, 19, also at the downtown station.
