A sobriety check-lane in Manhattan this past weekend netted several arrests and citations.
Riley County Police and the Highway Patrol conducted the checkpoint early Sunday Morning in the 300 block of Bluemont.
In a little more than three hours, about 350 vehicles were stopped. Two dozen were evaluated for impaired driving and five were arrested for driving under the influence.
Two were cited for open container and another was written up for possession of a controlled substance.
