WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — A 64-year-old Wichita man has been sentenced to about 10 years in prison for abusing a woman at a long-term care facility.

The office of the Kansas attorney general said in a release Monday that James Robert Tolliver was sentenced Monday. A Harvey County jury found him guilty in December 2013 of aggravated sexual battery.

Tolliver was accused of assaulting the woman in March 2012 at a Sedgwick long-term care facility where she was a resident and where Tolliver worked as a nurse assistant.
