LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) – A Douglas County judge has ruled that a Lawrence man accused of secretly videotaping people in a clothing store has to turn over some computer evidence.

Orion Graf has pleaded not guilty to 10 felony counts of breach of privacy. His trial is set for May 14th. The crimes allegedly occurred between November 2012 and February 2013. Investigators reviewed nearly 17,000 video clips found on computers.

The judge granted a prosecutor’s motion to compel Graf to turn over decrypted information stored on a hard drive.
