Call Center to bring 625 jobs to Junction City

Junction City and the Junction City Area Chamber of Commerce announced today that Advanced Call Center Technologies has signed a six-year lease for the call center building.

The Junction City Post reports (http://bit.ly/1j3n72s) ACCT will take possession of the facility on June 1, 2014.

ACCT is currently recruiting 35 customer service agents for its first training class in June with the intention to be at a staff of 150 by the end of the year, 325 employees within the second year of operation and eventually ramping up to a staff of 625 in year five. ACCT currently employs over 4,000 people in five states.
The company is looking for an immediate solution to provide services to an established clientele first visited Junction City on March 27. The company had visited other locations in Kansas with the assistance of the Kansas Department of Commerce and was considering sites in several other states as well.
Junction City Mayor Mike Ryan says they are very excited about Advance Call Center Technologies coming to Junction City.
