A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s office in Kansas says a SW Topeka massage parlor has been closed after its owner was charged in District Court in Topeka.
The charges pertain to bringing a person from China to the U.S. to take part in prostitution. Jim Cross, the spokesman for U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom, said in a release sent to Kansas First News Tuesday morning that Jin Zhang, the owner of Life Long Foot Massage, and Yu Lan Su, manager, were charged May 22 in U.S. District Court in Topeka.
Life Long Foot Massage is located at 5620 S.W. 29th and is also is known as Asian Foot Relax Massage. Both had their first appearance May 23 in Topeka. Cross said both being held in federal custody pending trial. A trial date hasn’t been set yet.
