A retrial date is set for a husband accused of killing his wife. Martin Miller is charged with killing his wife, 46-year-old Mary Miller in July 2004. He was convicted of first-degree murder in 2005. The Kansas supreme court overturned that conviction in February saying the jury received incorrect instructions.
A retrial date is set for December. During a hearing yesterday Miller’s attorney said he might seek a change of venue, out of Douglas County because of the publicity surrounding the case.
