Junction City police respond to shots fired

At approximately 2:38 a.m. July 12, 2014, officers from the Junction City Police Department were called to the area of 52 Riley Manor Circle in Junction City in reference to shots fired. While en route to that area officers were advised a subject had just been brought to the Emergency Room at Geary Community Hospital suffering from gunshot wounds.

The victim was identified as 25-year-old Isaac Johnson, who was later transported to Stormont Vail Hospital in stable condition. It was learned Johnson had been shot by an unknown black male while walking in the area of 51 Riley Manor Circle.
