The St. Francis Health brand is sporting a new look, with an updated logo that maintains traditional elements that northeast Kansas residents will recognize. The new St. Francis Health logo prominently features the familiar heart and cross. The green and blue colors remain, but in more vibrant shades. The lettering has also been modernized to a sleek, eye-catching font.

“The heart and cross are symbols of what St. Francis Health stands for as a faith-based ministry,” said St. Francis Health President and CEO Robert Erickson. “Our commitment to our mission remains – to reveal and foster God’s healing love by improving the health of the people and communities we serve.”

St. Francis Health is a part of the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System, headquartered in Denver, which will now do business as SCL Health as part of this rebranding. Other SCL Health hospitals in Colorado and Montana also have new logos in the same recognizable format.

“This is a symbol of where we have come and where we are going as one system with a shared sense of purpose,” said SCL Health President and CEO Mike Slubowski.

The new St. Francis Health brand will appear first on the hospital’s emergency department, which is nearing completion of a $10 million renovation. Signs at other locations on the hospital campus and at St. Francis Health’s network of specialty and family medicine clinics will be updated over a period of several months.
